Yoga Therapy is for everybody and anybody. It is yoga adapted to the individual, and involves the use of various yogic practices (such as breathing, postures and meditation) to address specific needs.

I have been teaching for over a decade, specialising in group classes at various locations on the Gold Coast. I also teach private and small-group classes on request.
