About Me

I fell in love with yoga almost two decades ago, when I did a class in Sydney where I was living and working at the time. As I felt the tears well up in my downward dog, I felt a strong sense of connection
for the first time in my life. It was one of those lightbulb moments when everything seemed so clear, and I thought – “I need to share this with people”.

Within months, I had enrolled in a 500-hour teaching course at Nature Care College in Crow’s Nest and studied there from 2004 to 2006. Early in 2007, I gave birth to my first child and began teaching soon after. The rest, as they say, is history.

In 2016, I embarked on my Yoga Therapy training and graduated in 2017. I am currently a Registered Senior Teacher with Yoga Australia, as well as a
Registered Yoga Therapist with Yoga Australia and the AAYT (Australasian Association for Yoga Therapists).

I currently live and work on the Gold Coast, Queensland where I teach group and private classes and practice Yoga Therapy.
