What is Yoga Therapy?

 How long is a Yoga Therapy session?

Initial consultations are normally around 90 minutes, and will include a discussion on current health concerns, previous medical history and a postural assessment.

Follow up sessions are an hour long.

 

Do I need previous yoga experience?

Absolutely not. Yoga Therapy is for every body and everyone.

 

What should I wear to a Yoga Therapy session?

It is advisable to wear comfortable, modest clothing that will allow you to move without restriction. You can wear socks if you prefer, or go barefoot if you like.
