Join us for a half-day retreat at the tranquil Numala Forest Retreat in Bonogin to welcome the arrival of Spring. The equinox is a time when the sun is perfectly balanced in the sky, with equal amounts of daylight and darkness. Its energy brings balance into our lives, signifies new beginnings, and the reawakening of dormant energies as we transition into the Summer season.
Our afternoon together will begin with a talk about the Spring Equinox and the Ayurvedic perspective on the change of season. We’ll cover rituals, practices, and lifestyle tips for a smooth transition to Summer.
The program also includes a Yoga practice, journalling, intention setting, and creating floral mandala art. The circular design of the mandala represents the universe, oneness, and personal growth. We’ll enjoy a nourishing afternoon tea, followed by Restorative Yoga and a healing sound bath. This retreat is geared toward reawakening your inner creative self, rejuvenating your energy, and bringing a sense of excitement and hope to your whole body.
The price includes afternoon tea, mandala craft equipment, and a goodie bag to take home. The cost is $189 per person. This is a ticketed event, and you can purchase your tickets via the provided link or button.
